With over 15 years experience in both of the above sectors, we aim to offer customised and quantitative support to the companies engaging our expertise, be it for their internal management, or review by third parties.
We can identify and analyse strengths and weaknesses, be they financial, organisational or in relation to macroeconomic trends. We impartially examine records and evaluate the performance of personnel at every level, with the aim of improving output, reducing waste and almost always preserving jobs profitably.
We then present a clear and concise analysis of the above for an agreed fee, either to the management or to the entire company. This includes specific recommendations and alternatives that are transparently budgeted and structured for the benefit of all involved and in accordance to international standards. These can be followed up and reviewed periodically with us.
We help organizations improve their performance, primarily through the analysis of existing business problems and development of plans for improvement. We also provide organizational change management assistance, strategy development, or operational improvement services. We bring in our own, proprietary methodologies or frameworks to guide the identification of problems, and to serve as the basis for recommendations for more effective or efficient ways of performing business tasks.
